Delete your account and data

You can delete your Boombala account and the data tied to it yourself, at any time, without asking anyone.

In the app

1. In the Boombala app, tap the profile icon at the top right.
2. Tap Delete my account.
3. If you signed up with a password, type it; as a guest or with Google, confirm.

On the site

1. Sign in.
2. Use Delete my account on your profile page.

If you can't sign in

Write from the e-mail address on your account to mail@boombala.net with your username; we delete the account within 30 days at the latest. Guest accounts aren't tied to an e-mail, so they can only be deleted from the app or a signed-in session on the site; unused guest accounts are deleted by themselves after 7 days anyway.

What gets deleted

• Your account: username, e-mail address, password and Google link.
• Your statistics, your place on the leaderboards and your app session keys.
• The list of players you blocked, and the reports about you or made by you.

If you are at a table in play, a bot takes your seat so the others' game isn't spoiled. Table chat messages are deleted by themselves after at most 12 hours. Voice and video chat are never recorded. Server access logs are kept only for the period required by law. See the privacy policy for details.
