How is Dost Kazığı played?
Dost Kazığı is played with a 52 card deck. Four cards go face up on the table and everyone gets four; when the hands are empty, four more each until the deck runs out. Only a card's rank counts, never its suit.
- Take from the table: if your card matches table cards, take them with it and put them on the kazık (penalty pile) of a player you choose.
- Hand on a pile: if your card matches the top of a kazık, hand the whole pile to another player. Your own pile counts too: the friend's stake!
- Lay it: with no match (or if you'd rather not), the card is laid on the table.

Can I play Dost Kazığı with voice and video?
Yes. Everyone at the table can turn on their microphone and camera with one tap. Seeing a friend's face as the stake lands on them is half the game.
How many players?
Two to four. Bots sit in any empty seats, so you can start against bots with one tap.
What is a kazık?
The face-up penalty pile in front of each player. Cards handed to you go on your kazık; at the end of the hand you score the penalty of everything in it.
Can I hand on my own kazık?
Yes. Play a card of the same rank as the top of your own kazık and you hand the whole pile to another player. That is the "friend's stake" the game is named after.
How are penalty points counted?
Cards from 2 to 10 count their number, jacks, queens and kings 10 and aces 11.
Who wins?
A table plays 3, 5, 7, 9 or 11 hands. After the last one the lowest total penalty wins.
